These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Cross Cultural Consulting – Coaching – Communication (CCC), operated by Diane Ferandou (“CCC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

All services are tailored to the specific needs of the client and may be delivered online or in person.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service.
- Participate actively and professionally.
- Respect agreed schedules and commitments.
- Communicate any concerns or changes in a timely manner.
Clients remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and implementation of any recommendations provided.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and related conditions will be agreed upon before services begin.
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Late payments may result in suspension or postponement of services until payment has been received.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- CCC reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a fundamental part of our professional relationship.
Information shared during coaching, consulting, training, mediation, or related services will be treated as confidential unless:
- Disclosure is required by law;
- There is a risk of serious harm to an individual or others;
- The client provides explicit written consent.
7. Recordings
Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed by all parties.
Where recordings are made, they will be treated as confidential and used only for the agreed purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, documents, presentations, frameworks, and content provided by CCC remain the intellectual property of CCC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use provided materials for their own internal and personal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or modify them without prior written permission.
9. Professional Disclaimer
Coaching, consulting, training, mediation, and related services are intended to support personal and professional development.
They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other regulated professional advice.
Clients should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
CCC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services.
Clients acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken following the services remain their sole responsibility.
11. International Services
Services may be provided internationally.
Where travel or on-site delivery is involved, logistical arrangements and associated costs will be agreed separately.
Clients remain responsible for any logistical requirements assigned to them.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept the processing of personal information necessary for the provision of services.
13. Amendments
CCC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on this website.
Continued use of the services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
15. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Parma, Italy.
