The contact form does not currently include an account-registration system or a database-based submission storage function.

You may contact CCC by email or through a WhatsApp link provided on the website.
When you contact CCC, personal data contained in your communication may be processed for the purpose of responding to your request and managing the subsequent professional relationship where applicable.

Where online coaching services are provided through Zoom, Zoom may process technical and account information necessary to provide the online meeting service.
Where applicable, Zoom’s own privacy policy and terms also apply to its processing of personal data.
If additional Zoom features involving the processing of meeting content are used in the future, clients will be informed as appropriate before such processing takes place.

Computer backups may also be stored on an external hard drive accessible only to Diane Ferandou.

The website does not currently use LiteSpeed’s optional QUIC.cloud online services or CDN.

CCC uses UpdraftPlus to create backups of the website.
Backups are currently created approximately once per week and are stored using Google Drive.
Backups may contain website files and database information and may therefore contain personal data.
The Google Drive account used for website backups is privately controlled by Diane Ferandou and is not intentionally shared with third parties.
Backups are retained according to the current backup configuration and are deleted or replaced in accordance with that configuration.
