About me:

I am Diane Ferandou, a cross-cultural professional with over 20 years of experience in international business.

I have also lived the expat experience since the age of 20. Over the years, I have lived in five different countries and learned four languages fluently — not only through study, but through daily life, real conversations, and cultural immersion.

Speaking a language is not only about words. It is also about understanding the culture behind them: how people communicate, how they relate, how they work, and how they build trust.

Adapting to a new country means more than adjusting to a new environment. It often means finding your place again without losing your identity.

Through both my personal journey and professional background, I understand the challenges of relocation, cultural adaptation, international communication, and working across different ways of thinking.

Today, I support individuals, managers and organizations in navigating complexity, building stronger connections, and performing effectively across cultures.

About CCC:

Cross Cultural Consulting – Coaching – Communication (CCC) was born in 2025 from a clear observation:

In international environments, misunderstandings are often not caused by bad intentions, but by different cultural perspectives, communication styles, expectations and assumptions.

Throughout my personal and professional life, I have seen how quickly tensions, confusion or missed opportunities can arise when these differences are not understood.

At the same time, I have also seen how powerful diversity becomes when it is approached with awareness, curiosity and the right tools.

CCC was created to help bridge that gap.

It is both an approach and a growing vision designed to help individuals and organizations turn cultural complexity into clarity, collaboration and growth.

Because being the one who is different can be enriching — but it can also be challenging.

This is where CCC creates value: helping people understand, adapt and communicate more effectively across cultures.

If you are ready to turn cultural complexity into a strength, I am here to support you!
