Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Cross Cultural Consulting \u2013 Coaching \u2013 Communication (CCC), operated by Diane Ferandou (&#8220;CCC&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;our&#8221;, or &#8220;us&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By engaging our services, accessing our website, or participating in any coaching, consulting, training, workshop, mediation, speaking engagement, or related activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCC provides professional services including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cross-cultural consulting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speaking engagements and conferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mediation and facilitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership and team development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expat support and transition services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All services are tailored to the specific needs of the client and may be delivered online or in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate actively and professionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect agreed schedules and commitments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate any concerns or changes in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and implementation of any recommendations provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Fees and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fees, payment schedules, and related conditions will be agreed upon before services begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Late payments may result in suspension or postponement of services until payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours&#8217; notice may be rescheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours&#8217; notice may be charged in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CCC reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confidentiality is a fundamental part of our professional relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information shared during coaching, consulting, training, mediation, or related services will be treated as confidential unless:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disclosure is required by law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a risk of serious harm to an individual or others;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client provides explicit written consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Recordings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed by all parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where recordings are made, they will be treated as confidential and used only for the agreed purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All materials, methodologies, documents, presentations, frameworks, and content provided by CCC remain the intellectual property of CCC unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may use provided materials for their own internal and personal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or modify them without prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Professional Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching, consulting, training, mediation, and related services are intended to support personal and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other regulated professional advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. International Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services may be provided internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where travel or on-site delivery is involved, logistical arrangements and associated costs will be agreed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients remain responsible for any logistical requirements assigned to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
